Pompano Beach, FL – January 15, 2017 – Vital Flight, Inc. announced that registration is open for the 2017 A Special Day for Special Kids event. Free airplane rides will be given to children with special needs or medical challenges including cancer on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at Signature Flight Support at the Opa-locka Airport.

During A Special Day for Special Kids, Vital Flight and its volunteer pilots will give children, especially those fighting serious illness, the opportunity to enjoy a free airplane ride as well as other entertainment and refreshments. The goals are to share the thrill of flying with children and their families and to give them relief from their daily struggles. Children with any special needs who live in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties are invited to participate.
